Why do I need a Wedding Planner?
Allow me to have the stress of lining up the trusted vendors before the wedding and manganing the vendors during the wedding. We do the step up and the clean up so you can enjoy yourselves and make memories.
Do you do more than weddings?
Yes, I Do Anniversaries, Birthdays, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers...
Where are you based out of?
I am based out of Bartlett, Tn suburb of Memphis.
Do you travel outside the area?
Yes, 150 miles is included with additional costs beyond that. Will travel anywhere in the U.S.
Do you have certain vendors that you work with?
Although I have commonly used vendors, I do have a network of Vendors to help your price needs and vision.
What do I have to do before contacting you?
Put a ring on it, I can do the rest...even if you started or finished I can help with the day of services.
What is your refund policy?
You pay a down payment to get the process started, that goes toward your overall fees. If The wedding is cancelled I keep the down payment but return the rest of your payments.
What is your down payment?
20 % down payment
What does your Day of Services include?
Final Vendor Management, Timeline Creation, Day -of- Coordination, I want to take time to get to know you before the wedding, making sure we bring your vision to life.
I am there on site to keep things running smoothly letting you, your family and friends enjoy your wedding. Also included is the rehearsal.
What does your partial package include?
This is when you have started your wedding process but you need help. This also includes the Tulip/day of services at no extra charge.
I can you finalize your vendor list for your remaining needs; such as Invitations, Transportation, Hotel Blocks, Calligrapher, Cake
What does your Full Package include?
This is the Orchid Package. It's everything from Yes-I Do.
This is starting from the beginning, I will help you find vendors keeping your budget, theme and personality in mind. It also includes the Tulip package at no extra charge.
This includes Venue Sourcing, catering, DJ, Officiant & Photographers
Are there additional fees?
There could be if you have guests over 199 people, for exotic requests and travel.
